A bilingual product catalogue where customers fill a cart and send the whole order in one WhatsApp message.
The Brief
Syed Online Shop sells gadgets, audio products and home essentials and handles orders on WhatsApp. The website needed to show the full range in one place and let customers send a complete order in a single message, with price, stock and delivery confirmed in the chat.
Our Approach
SK Softech designed and built the website. We chose a fast single-page site in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with no plugins to maintain. Products are grouped into categories with search, and every label switches between English and Urdu at the tap of a button.

Chargers and power, earbuds and speakers, smartwatches and gadgets, security cameras, home and kitchen, kids and toys.
Search and sale badges
Customers search the catalogue; discounted items show the percentage off.
Cart with quantities
Customers set quantities and see a running total in PKR.
Order on WhatsApp
The cart writes the order list into a WhatsApp message to the shop.
Direct contact
Call, WhatsApp and copy-number buttons; products link to the shop’s WhatsApp catalogue.

How a customer orders

Browse and add
The customer adds products to the cart and sets the quantity.

Place order on WhatsApp
From the cart they tap “Place order on WhatsApp”; the order list is written for them.

Confirm in chat
They press Send, and the shop confirms availability, delivery charges and payment in WhatsApp.
The website does not take payments. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with the order prefilled; the order is confirmed by the shop in the chat.
